My wife loved the bouquet of red roses and thought they were beautiful, however the picture of the roses I selected didn’t look like the ones sent. I was very disappointed. ---- Florist's Response: Hi Glenn, We are very sorry to hear that you are not pleased with our arrangement. The picture showcase 2 dozens of rose and with an upgrade to 3 dozens, our florist thought it would look nicer having it arranged in an all around style. We will take in your feedback and make sure our florist will not get too carry away with her creativity. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us.
