Absolutely LOVED the arrangement. You do great work. The 4 rating was for the delivery. I had sent specfic instructions that I thought was not asking to much. They were not followed thru as I had hoped. Thankfully someone was in the RV on the property and was looking out the window then the car arrived. Love your flowers and timely manner. Thank you
